Jeff Broadbent is a multiple award-winning composer who is known for his versatility in working with many media, video games, films, television programs, and trailers. His music has been featured in major film trailers such as Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, X-Men: Days of Future Past, The Lazarus Effect, in prime-time television shows and specials including The Curse of Oak Island and Marvel: Assembling a Universe, as well as promos for leading television series – Marvel: Agents of Shield, NCIS, Hawaii Five-O, Elementary, Scorpion, and Blue Bloods.
Some key mentions of score for games are Assassin’s Creed, Call Of Duty, Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, League Of Legends Wild Rift, Apex Legends, Avatar, Transformers, Magic The Gathering, Marvel, Lego and PlanetSide 2.
Jeff has won six Hollywood Music In Media Awards, two Game Audio Network Guild Awards, seven Global Music Awards, a Telly Award, two ASCAP Plus Awards, and recently, his music for Heroes of Incredible Tales 2 has won a Gold Award in the Best Music for a PC Game category of the NYX Game Awards! He has recorded music with orchestras and musicians in Los Angeles, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Prague, Budapest, and Shanghai.
During our time with Jeff, we felt his passion for the music, how much it means to him, what were the influences before he decided to become a music composer. We learnt that apart from the music he also loves other forms of the art – he was doing sketch/drawing himself before.
